<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-receiving element protection film which evaluates as to whether or not the light-receiving element receives a wide band wavelength from visible light to ultraviolet light while it is stuck on a substrate holding the light-receiving element of an optical pickup device and which can be satisfactorily stuck on the substrate without causing problems such as ripple or the like even in the mounting process by soldering. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat resistant resin film stuck on the substrate holding the light-receiving element of the optical pickup device, the light transmittance of the resin film is 80% or more at a wavelength of 405 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
