<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lighting fixture capable of simplifying the lens cover structure, reducing the number of mounted semiconductor light emitting elements, and uniforming the luminescence intensity of the lens cover. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle lighting fixture is equipped with a cap type optical part 13 covering the entire semiconductor light emitting element 3 and a cap fitting recessed portion 15 which is formed in the lens cover 11 and fitted to the cap type optical part 13. The cap type optical part 13 is equipped with an included angle light diffusion reflecting section 25 for reflecting included angle radiation light Pn emitted from a semiconductor light emitting element 3 in almost all directions from the central axis Ax with an included angle relative to the central axis Ax smaller than a preset angle θ1 so that the light goes out from the peripheral surface 24.
