<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeless discharge lamp device and a lighting fixture with illumination efficiency improved and capable of easily performing fixture designing. <P>SOLUTION: Cores 30 are installed at an end part of each linear part 22b of a bulb 20, that is, no cores 30 are installed at a center part of the linear part 22b of the bulb 20.
