<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jamming detection method of an electric actuator for enhancing the reliability of the electric actuator sharply by detecting a jamming state surely, releasing the jamming of a jamming electric actuator immediately, and operating a load by normal electric actuators. <P>SOLUTION: The jamming detection method detects the jamming state of each electric actuator (100, 100A) based on the rotational direction of each motor (2, 2A), the output torque of each motor (2, 2A), and the polarity judgment state of each distortion sensor (62, 62A) connected with each output arm (30, 31). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
