<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive controller which can start a motor surely, even under the condition where the motor is rotating as normal rotation or reverse rotation, receiving the influence of wind, and the like, when starting the motor. <P>SOLUTION: The motor drive controller 1 controls the drive of the motor 51, by outputting the drive voltages SU1, SV1 and SW1 for driving the motor 51, which can rotate in the direction of normal rotation or in reverse direction. This motor drive controller 1 is equipped with a rotational direction detector 2 and a drive voltage regulator 5. The rotational direction detector 2 detects the rotational direction, immediately prior to the start of the motor 51. The drive voltage regulator 5 so regulates the drive voltages SU1, SV1, and SW1 at the start of the motor 51 as to differ from the specified voltage outputted from the motor 51, when the motor 51 starts in a state of non-rotation, according to the direction of rotation, immediately prior to the motor 51 detected by the rotational direction detector 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
