PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic connector and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This connector is mainly composed of silicon nitride and has a joint, and it is a connector with its facing joint surfaces having each a fitting shape, and the void between the joint surfaces is filled with a silicon nitride material synthesized via a process including reaction sintering and they are firmly connected. Its manufacturing method is also disclosed. This ceramic connector having a stable joint is manufactured by carrying out the nitrification, sintering, densification, and bonding simultaneously while keeping the distance between the connecting surfaces during each processes.
