The scraper has a blade fixture (12) supporting a blade (14) e.g. trimming knife blade, pivotably along an axis between two end positions. The axis runs in a longitudinal direction of a cutting edge (16) of the blade, and runs parallel to the cutting edge. A handle is detachably connected with a base body (30) of the fixture. The handle is formed separately from the base body, and the blade has two U-shaped recesses (20) at sides opposite to the cutting edge. The base body has a groove continuously running in a transverse direction.
