The method involves arranging an elastically deformable form part (1) in a cavity of a foam form, and partially forming a negative form part geometry of an undercut by the form part. The foam form is foamed with foamable polymer such as polyurethane foam. Foamed foam units are demolded from the foam form. The elastically deformable form part remains fixed in the foam form during demolding of the foam elements and removed from the foam element after demolding. The form part is made of polymer foam and non-polar and/or halogenated polymer e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene or silicon. An independent claim is also included for a form part used in a method of manufacturing of foamed foam element.
