Device and method for filtering dirt particles

The filter (1) has tubes (2-i) made of stainless steel for filtering of supersaturated exhaust air in a longitudinal direction of the filter with an adjustable mass flow rate. Water vapor in the exhaust air within the tubes is condensed to water at a dew point. A position of the dew point is changed along the longitudinal direction of the filter depending on mass flow rate difference between the mass flow rate of the exhaust air and mass flow rate of fluids e.g. gas. The condensed water absorbs dirt particles in the exhaust air and cleans interior of the tubes. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a textile cleaning system comprising a textile pressing machine and an exhaust filter (2) a method for filtering of dirt particles in a supersaturated exhaust air.
