A method for installing an application program and recording an installation log is provided to process an installation result of the application program objectively and correctly by processing the installation result between a medium providing a website through an intermediary server and a company possessing the application program. A banner transmitting an installation code to an intermediary server in clicking is provided to a medium site(S103). The intermediary server receives the installation code assigned to the banner and counts clicking the banner when the banner is clicked(S107). The intermediary server transmits the installation code to a server of a company possessing the program(S111). The company server provides a webpage for downloading the program according to the received installation code, and transmits the installation code to the intermediary server when downloading the program is clicked(S121). The intermediary server executes a launcher according to the installation code. The launcher downloads and installs the program of the company server. The intermediary server processes an installation result of the program based on information included in the installation code when the program is completely installed. |
