A manual transmission is provided to improve fuel efficiency and to enhance performance by using a first and second final gears for adjusting a total speed. An input shaft(1) is formed to receive rotatory force supplied from an engine of a vehicle. A plurality of input shaft gears(2,3,4,5,6) are formed at the input shaft. An output shaft(7) includes a plurality of output shaft gears(8,9,10,11,12) coupled with the input shaft gears of the input shaft. The rotatory force is transmitted from the input shaft to the output shaft. The rotatory force is transmitted to a driving shaft through a final gear formed at the output shaft. The final gear includes a plurality of final gears(14,15) for adjusting the rotatory force transmitted to the driving shaft by using two gear ratios.
