A thermoelectric device module assembly is provided to block a heat transfer between first and second members by interposing a heat insulation material between the inner surface of the first member and the outer surface of the second member. A first member(60) has a concave receiving part(61) of a predetermined depth to receive a thermoelectric module(50). The outer surface of a second member(70) is detachably coupled to the inner surface of the receiving part of the first member. At least one of the first and second members is a heat radiation member. By coupling the first and second members, one surface of the thermoelectric module comes in surface-contact with the bottom surface(61A) of the receiving part and the other surface(52) of the thermoelectric module comes in surface-contact with its corresponding surface of the second member. The inner surface of the receiving part can be coupled to the outer surface of the second member by a hook.
