A circuit for generating driving voltages, a display device using the same, and a method of generating driving voltages are provided to enhance a contrast ratio of the display device by generating source and common voltages using a battery voltage. A circuit for generating driving voltages includes a regulator(402), a common voltage generator(403), and a source drive voltage generator(405). The regulator receives a battery voltage of a mobile device. The common voltage generator generates a common voltage using a voltage which is outputted from the regulator. The source drive voltage generator generates a source voltage using a voltage which is outputted from the regulator.
