PRODUCING METHOD OF NAND FLASH MODULE CAPABLE OF PROTECTING ILLEGAL COPY OF OPERATION SYSTEM AND COMPUTER SYSTEM INCLUDING NAND FLASH MODULE

A method for manufacturing a NAND flash memory module capable of preventing illegal copy of an OS(Operating System) and a computer system including the same are provided to prevent a user from illegally copying the OS stored in the NAND flash memory module in a PC. A PC chipset(200) receives a copy prevention ID including a module ID of a NAND flash memory module(100) from the NAND flash memory and stores the received copy prevention ID. The PC chipset receives the module ID from the NAND flash memory module, and reads the OS from the NAND flash memory module when the module ID included in the copy prevention ID is identical with the received module ID. The PC chipset compares the module ID stored first in the copy prevention ID with the received module ID when a plurality of copy prevention IDs are stored in the PC chipset.
