An automatic assembling apparatus for an insulator cap is provided to assemble an insulator cap with an insulator automatically by allowing a cap grip portion to grip the insulator cap and move on the insulator of a shock absorber. An automatic assembling apparatus for an insulator cap comprises a cap loading table(150) and a cap grip portion(160). The cap loading table is installed in an upper part of a shock absorber(20) that is loaded on a palette(110) and loads a plurality of insulator caps(40). The cap grip portion is installed around the cap loading table. The cap grip portion is assembled with an insulator(30) of the shock absorber by gripping the insulator cap that is loaded on the cap loading table. In addition, the insulator cap includes a shape maintenance member inside.
