An image forming apparatus is provided to control power transmitted to plural developing units by using a rack assembly performing circular travel, and reduce probability that an operation error occurs. An image forming apparatus includes a power control unit comprising the following parts. A rack assembly(120) is assembled with unit racks(110) so as to achieve circular travel. A pressing member(130) is prepared in at least one of the unit racks. A power delivery device is interposed between plural developing units and the rack assembly, and selectively delivers power of a driving source to the plural developing units according to a travel location of the pressing member. The power delivery device includes a sliding hubs(143Y,143M,143C,143K).
