Current protection switch with clip

The switch has a clip comprising a clip frame adjustable by rotation of a screw (20) in an adjustable direction. The clip frame comprises side walls (26, 28) with an external surface laid in a plane. The side walls point to an inner surface of sections (34, 36) of housing parts (12, 14) of the current protection switch over a width that is defined perpendicular to the adjustable direction. The inner surface of the sections does not lie completely in a single plane.
