The device (1) has a sheath (3) receiving a notched mounting rod (2) and with a cap (4). A molded plastic slide (5) is mounted in the cap, and has a projection (6) engaged in a notch (7) of the rod to reversely lock the rod. An elastic constraining unit (8) is mounted between the cap and the slide so as to dispose the projection against the rod. The slide is movably mounted in axial clearance in the cap so as to be moved between an inactive position to disengage the projection from the notch and an activation position of the locking unit of the slide to prevent disengagement of the projection.
