An arrowroot cutting apparatus is provided to enhance cutting efficiency by using a plurality of blades with angular or bent edges and a plurality of prism-shaped projections. An arrowroot cutting apparatus comprises: a base body(10) which has an arrowroot inlet(11) and an arrowroot outlet(12); a cutter(20) which is rotatably installed between the arrowroot inlet and arrowroot outlet and has a plurality of blades(21) with angular or bent edges; a rotary device(40) which rotates the cutter; and a cutting-space forming body(30) which is installed adjacent to the cutter and has a plurality of cutting boards(31) placed between the blades. In the cutting-space forming body, a plurality of prism-shaped projections(32) are formed in the rear of the cutting boards and allow the cut arrowroot being moved to the rear of the cutting boards to be slowly discharged and cut again. |
