<p>A photoelectric transducer and a display panel having the same are provided to discriminate a signal light from an external light by converting the signal light in a first photoelectric transducer and the external light in the first photoelectric transducer and a second photoelectric transducer. A photoelectric transducer array has a first region(A1) on which a first photoelectric transducer having a photoelectric conversion section(18) is formed, and a second region(A2) on which a second photoelectric transducer having the photoelectric conversion section is formed. A light emitting member(24) is arranged on a lower surface of the photoelectric transducer array, and emits light thereto. A receiving layer is arranged on an upper surface of the photoelectric transducer array, and receives a target that reflects the light from the light emitting member to the first and second photoelectric transducers. A first shielding layer is installed between the photoelectric conversion section of the photoelectric transducer and the light emitting member. A second shielding layer is installed between the photoelectric conversion section of the photoelectric transducer and the light emitting member. The second shielding layer has an area greater than that of the first shielding layer. The amount of light transmitting the first region is greater than that of the second region.</p> |
