<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a distilled liquor more readily drinkable by treating the distilled liquor with coral and to remove a smell of seawater by treating coral to be used for improving the qualities of distilled liquor by an original method. SOLUTION: This method for producing a coral-treated distilled liquor comprises at least a process for boiling and disinfecting a coral such as coral branch, etc., a process for immersing the disinfected coral in lye, a process for washing the coral with water and drying and then immersing the coral in a distilled liquor such as Awamori (R) (a kind of Japanese distilled white liquor), etc.</p> |
