A carton for holding a plurality of articles is formed from a primary blank and at least a first reinforcing blank, the carton comprising a first side panel, a bottom panel, a second side panel and a top panel. At least one first end flap closes at least partially a first end of the carton, and at least one second end flap closes at least partially a second end of the carton, wherein the first reinforcing blank is adhered to the primary blank at the first end of the carton, at which end the carton is multi-ply. The carton further comprises a dispensing feature in the primary blank, the dispensing feature comprises a dispenser for allowing access to the articles in the carton, the dispenser comprises a dispenser panel that is at least partially removable from the carton to create a dispenser opening for removing at least one of the articles from the carton.
