An electric heating type roaster is provided to prevent contamination of an electric heating block due to fat generated during cooking food by placing an electric heating block wherein an electric heating wire is embedded in an aluminum plate. An electric heating type roaster comprises an electric heating block(20) for radiating radiant heat embedded in a side wall of a tunnel type roasting chamber, whose one side is opened, formed at a case(10) to roast food inside the tunnel type roasting chamber. The electric heating block has an electric heating wire(21) embedded in an aluminum plate(22) having high thermal conductivity to radiate heat generated from the electric heating wire into the tunnel type roasting chamber passed through the aluminum plate. The tunnel type roasting chamber includes a funnel type discharging hole(11b) at its bottom wherein a drawer type fat supporter(40) is placed to store fat generated during cooking food. |
