A micro-needle roller is provided to improve an effect of skin infiltration of micro-needles, to enhance a skin massaging effect, and to realize improved safety during use. A micro-needle roller(100) comprises: a roller head(110) having a plurality of fine protrusions; a roller head supporting unit(120) including a roller head coupling portion coupled to the roller head, and a grip portion having an internal space and designed to be taken by user's hands; and a vibrating unit(130) disposed in the internal space for vibrating the roller head. The vibration unit comprises a motor, an eccentric weight having an eccentrically formed hole into which the rotation shaft of the motor is inserted, and a power supply section for supplying electricity to the motor.
