A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR DETECTING FLUORESCENCE IN MICROFLUIDIC CHIP

A system and a method for detecting fluorescence in a micro-fluidic chip are provided to automatically detect an amount of the fluorescence emitted from a micro-chamber. A system for detecting fluorescence includes a chip support, an optical device(300), transfer parts(301-306), a measurement part(450), and an operation part(500). The chip support nests a micro-fluidic chip(100) thereon. The optical device irradiates light on the micro-fluidic chip and detects fluorescence of a fluorescence material existing in the micro-fluidic chip. The transfer part transfers the chip support or the optical device such that the optical device irradiates light while scanning the micro-fluidic chip.
