A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformize an image of the display device by uniformizing performance of a first TFT in each pixel and improve a driving rate of a second TFT(Thin Film Transistors). In a display area, plural pixels for implementing an image are prepared. The pixels have plural first TFTs(Thin Film Transistors). In a non-display area, a drive circuit unit for driving the pixels is prepared. The drive circuit unit has plural second TFTs. An average size of crystal particles(g1) has characteristics that the first TFT is smaller than an average size(g2) of crystal particles of the second TFT. |
