An automatic illumination blocking apparatus of a vehicle is provided to improve the stability of the vehicle by interrupting automatically electric power applied to headlights. An ignition unit(24) turns on/off an engine of a vehicle and generates an output signal in on/off states of the engine of the vehicle. An illumination unit(22) controls on/off states of a light and provides state signals. An electric control unit(20) checks on/off states of the light of the illumination unit when receiving the output signal for indicating the off state of the engine of the vehicle from the start unit. The electric control unit generates the alarm sound, controls the illumination unit, and turns off the light when the light is in the one state.
