An X-ray photographing device for acquiring a three-dimensional image is provided to obtain a three-dimensional image by rotating a worker plate and a detector, photographing an object using the worker plate and the detector, and combining the photographed images. An X-ray photographing device for acquiring a three-dimensional image includes an X-ray sealing box, an installation table(300), an X-ray generation unit, a weight base(500), a worker driving unit(600), a detector driving unit(700), and a control unit. The X-ray sealing box has an opening/closing door. The X-ray generation unit is installed on a center of the installation table, and moves upwardly or downwardly by an up/down operation. The weight is installed horizontally by using the installation table. The worker driving unit has first and second sliding driving units, and a worker table. The first sliding driving unit is installed on both planes of the weight base, and is movable forward/backward. The second sliding driving unit is mounted on the first sliding driving unit, and moves to left/right directions. The worker table is mounted on the second sliding driving unit. An object is mounted on the worker table. The detector driving unit has third and fourth sliding driving units and a detector. The first sliding driving unit is installed on a supporting table, and moves backward/forward. The fourth sliding driving unit is mounted on the sliding driving unit, and moves in left/right directions. The detector is mounted on the fourth sliding driving unit, and acquires an image by an X-ray which passes through the image. The control unit controls the driving motors of the first, second, third, and fourth sliding driving units.
