A form supporting device for a roof slab is provided to support forms according to length and width of the slab by installing adjusting frames in a long beam. A form supporting device for a roof slab comprises a long beam(1), adjusting frames(2), and a plurality of supports(3). The long beam is open at the top. The adjusting frames are installed at two side ends of the long beam, and protrude out of the long beam to extend the whole length of the long beam. The supports sustain the bottom of the long beam. Guide ribs(11) are formed at two lateral walls of the long beam to guide the adjusting frames. Guide grooves(21) are formed at two lateral walls of the adjusting frame to engage with the guide ribs.
