An apparatus for manufacturing silver nano by electrolysis is provided to prevent heat generation in water of a tank and to control silver nano generation by combining first and second electrodes with silver plates, separating the silver nano by power supplied through a power supply device, controlling the supply of DC 22OV and AC 22,000V, and converting polarity of the DC 220V, using timers and contact relays. An apparatus for manufacturing silver nano by electrolysis comprises a controller(10), and first, second, and third timers(12,14,17). The controller controls internal operation by a state set by a key pad(11). The first timer controls an electric wave rectified state through a rectifier(13) and controls supply of DC 220V. The second timer turns on/off a contact of a relay(15) and controls supply of the boosted AC 22,000V through a high pressure high frequency transformer(16). The third timer controls a contact relay(18), converts polarity of the DC 220V, and supplies the converted polarity to first and second electrodes(3,4) through a reverse flow preventive device(19).
