摘要 A system and a method of dynamic voltage scaling are provided to control a power supply voltage dynamically by reducing an over shoot voltage and an under shoot voltage efficiently when a load current is changed by transition of a clock signal. A micro control part(1110) generates a clock enable signal for each of a plurality of function circuits(1130,1140,1150) in response to an external clock signal, and calculates variation of a first current flowing in the whole function circuits, and generates a target voltage varying on the basis of the variation of the first current. An internal clock generation part(1120) generates the internal clock signals for each function circuit in response to the external clock signal and the clock enable signals. A power control circuit(1200) generates a first power supply voltage on the basis of the target voltage, and provides the first power supply voltage to a system on chip(1100) having the function circuits.
