An ozone oxidation type wet scrubber is provided to improve the cleaning efficiency of polluted gas as compared with a conventional system using chemicals, and substantially reduce costs required in maintenance and repairing of the scrubber. An ozone oxidation type wet scrubber comprises: a body(10) in which a treatment chamber(12) is formed to clean polluted gas, and which has a water chamber(14) formed under the treatment chamber to store water, a polluted gas inlet(16) formed between the water chamber and the treatment chamber, and a clean gas outlet(18) formed on a top part thereof; an ozone water production unit for producing ozone water from the water stored in the water chamber; a plurality of ozone water sprays(30) stacked in the treatment chamber and spaced apart from each other in a predetermined distance to spray ozone water toward polluted gas floated after having been flown into the treatment chamber; an ozone water transfer line(40) for connecting the respective ozone water sprays to the water chamber; and an ozone water supply pump(P) installed on the ozone water transfer line, wherein the ozone water sprayed from the ozone water sprays is collected into the water chamber, ozone water is produced from the collected ozone water, and the produced ozone water is reused. Further, a mist eliminator is installed among the clean gas outlet and the plurality of ozone water sprays.
