An actuator apparatus, an image capturing apparatus and an endoscope are provided to implement a zooming/remote function and a focus function of an endoscope by driving an actuator of the image capturing apparatus. An actuator apparatus includes a movable member(6), a compressing member(10), and a fixing wire(8). The movable member is moved forward or backward. The compressing member compresses the movable member to a side. The fixing wire is fixed on the movable member. Both ends of the fixing wire are coupled to a driving source for moving the movable member to the other side against the compressing force by the compressing member. The compressing member is an elastic body. At least part of the fixing wire is made of a shape memory alloy material. Both ends of the fixing wire are electrically coupled to a cable which transmits and receives an electric power.
