Handling of potato where each potato is placed in a paper that is pervious to steam but not pervious to light, an etiquette or label is applied to keep the paper together. In the shop the potato wrapped in paper is placed quite visible. The customer who buys such a potato takes it home, puts it in a microwave oven and heats it there for a given time. When the potato is ready it is taken from the oven and served, still wrapped in its paper and may then for instance be eaten by one making a cut in the paper and the top of the potato and successively dig out the interior of the potato with a spoon. |
