<p>A test piece jig device of a spot welder for testing is provided to successively weld spots of a test piece without separating a jig from a welder ore re-aligning the jig and a weld tip. A sample jig device of a spot welder(1) for testing comprises base plates(110,210), test piece supporting rods, a first test piece jig(100), and a second test piece jig(200). The base plates, of which a rear part is rotated on a fixed shaft(7), installed between two weld tips(2,3) of the spot welder horizontally. The test piece supporting rods, installed at an upper surface of a front part of the base plates, support two sample pieces in a state that the base plates are lengthily aligned and rotated. The first test piece jig includes the left base plate and the two test piece supporting rods and the second test piece jig includes the right base plate and other two test piece supporting rods.</p> |
