A short-course foreign language training system and a method thereof are provided to learn effectively foreign languages while giving an interest to the learner. A storage medium includes a plurality of units comprising voices of native speakers recorded according to different learning levels. A rhythm and bit unit expresses visually stresses and intonations by using rhythms and bits. A role learning course unit learns a speaking part. A textbook includes a plurality of units comprising a role practice learning part, an association learning part for learning words and sentences. An internet telephone is used for connecting learners with the native speakers. A web server stores the learned contents through the internet telephone and stores evaluation reports of the native speakers.
