A durability test method for a complex continuous shock absorber is provided to evaluate more accurate durability by providing the most similar environment as actual use conditions of customers so as to reduce a claim generating ratio. A durability test method for a complex continuous shock absorber comprises the steps of: heightening temperature of an outer barrel and increasing excitation amplitude, compared to a high temperature operating test step after a first abrasion test step; setting excitation speed relatively highly and evaluating high speed abrasion damage after thermal damage of a seal in high frequency test step after a high temperature operation test; and heightening temperature of the outer barrel relatively, increasing the excitation amplitude and evaluating damage including a degradation degree of a suspension system in a second abrasion test.
