A magnetic treating device using a rubber magnet is provided to facilitate the blood circulation of a user's body by forming a rubber magnet of 750-800 gauss on a body. A magnetic treating device using a rubber magnet includes a body(100) in the shape of a plate, an insertion recess(200) and a rubber magnet of 750-800 gauss. The body is made of natural wood and is disposed on the vertebra of a user. Plural insertion recesses are formed on the upper end of the body with a predetermined gap between each other. The rubber magnet is inserted into and fixed on the insertion recess, and gives magnetic force to a user's body. The body is disposed on user's knees. Plural rubber magnets of 750-800 gauss are arranged on the inner wall of the body.
