A shutter apparatus of a cash transaction machine, comprising: a drive unit; a first cam rotating body engaged with the drive unit and including a first guide rail eccentric to the rotation center of the first cam rotating body; a second cam rotating body, which is opposite to the first cam rotating body, engaged with the drive unit and including a second guide rail eccentric to the rotation center of the second cam rotating body; and a shutter including a first guide projection moving along the first guide rail and a second guide projection moving along the second guide rail, which vertically moves in response to the rotation of the cam rotating body.
