A signal receiver circuit is provided to improve power efficiency by using a sense amplifier without high resistance device and increasing area margin. A first level sensing part(110) adjusts offset of a first output node in response to a pair of first reference signals. A first latch part(120) outputs a first sensing signal by latching an output signal of the first level sensing part. A second level sensing part(210) adjusts offset of a second output node in response to a pair of second reference signals. A second latch part(220) outputs a second sensing signal by latching an output signal of the second level sensing part.
