An insulating adhesive composition, and an insulating material containing an adhesive layer formed by using the composition are provided to improve flexibility and heat insulation. An insulating adhesive composition comprises 10-20 wt% of a porous inorganic microparticle which has an average diameter of 350-450 mesh and comprises any one selected from the group consisting of expanded perlite, Insuladd, diatomite and their mixture; and 80-90 wt% of a binder which contains 20±1 wt% of a nonvolatile part, contains an EVA emulsion having a viscosity of 100±20 cps and is selected from the group consisting of an aqueous poly(vinyl acetate)-based polymer, a polyacrylic polymer and their mixture. |
