A digital video recorder used for monitoring vehicles at intersections is provided to supply user convenience by checking simultaneously traffic signal states and vehicle movement states through one screen. A digital video recorder includes an image input unit(210), an image storing unit(240), an image extracting unit(232), an image generating unit(234), and an image processing unit(270). The image input unit receives road condition image photographed by a camera and traffic signal image on a signal lamp which is installed at roads. The image storing unit stores images. The image extracting unit extracts traffic signal image from the traffic signal image of the image input unit. The image generating unit adds the extracted traffic signal image with the road condition image, generates an integration information image, and stores the generated integration information image in the image storing unit. The image processing unit outputs the stored integration information image through a display unit. |
