A facility and method for manufacturing a pipe joint through hydroforming is provided to achieve the uniformity, mass production, and automation of products by using a plurality of small insert molds coupled to one line, a large mold having a cavity for receiving the plurality of small insert molds, a plurality of cylinders coupled to the small insert molds to apply pressure, and a hydroforming unit for expanding a pipe installed in a small mold using hydraulic pressure. A facility for manufacturing a pipe joint through hydroforming includes a plurality of small insert molds(100), a large mold(200), a plurality of cylinders(300), and a hydroforming unit. Pipe joints of the small insert molds, having the same size and shape, are coupled to one line. The large mold has a cavity for receiving the small insert molds. The cylinders are coupled to the small insert molds so as to apply pressure to the small insert molds. The hydroforming unit expands a pipe installed in a small mold to fit the shape of the small mold using hydraulic pressure transmitted through the cylinders.
