A recording medium is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of a payment terminal innovatively and miniaturize the payment terminal by implementing an integrated system chip including a payment processing function and a high speed wireless Internet communication function. A system bus control function prevents collision on a system bus when data is transferred among system components. A read/write function reads and writes the data by connecting to the system bus, and accessing a memory installed to the inside or the outside of the recording medium. A system control function controls a system by connecting to the system bus and using various kinds of data and operation programs accessed through the memory. A communication function is connected to a peripheral bus(130) and controls a high speed wireless Internet-based wireless access. A payment function is connected to the peripheral bus and controls a micro card payment processing procedure. An RF subsystem(150) which includes a transmitting/receiving antenna performs uplink/downlink conversion between power amplification function RF signals.
