A hybrid organic electroluminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain a high brightness by minimizing a leakage current. A hybrid organic electroluminescence device includes a first transparent substrate(201), a second transparent substrate(214), a gate line, a data line, a power supply line, an organic thin film transistor, an oxide thin film transistor(206), a protection layer(211), an organic electroluminescence layer(212), and an electrode layer(213). The first and second transparent substrates are opposite to be apart from each other, and have a plurality of pixels. The gate line is arranged on the first transparent substrate in series. The data line and the power supply line are perpendicular to the gate line and are apart from each other at a predetermined interval. The organic thin film transistor is formed at a cross point of the gate line and the data line, and turns on the pixels. The oxide thin film transistor is formed at the cross point of the gate line and the data line, and drives the pixels. The protection layer covers the organic thin film transistor and the oxide thin film transistor. The organic electroluminescence layer and the electrode layer are formed on the pixel. |
