摘要 An air bearing spindle using magnetic force is provided to secure ultra high speed, high precision and low vibration. An air bearing spindle using magnetic force comprises a rear end housing(100), a front end housing(200), an air bearing(300), a shaft(400) and a magnet(500). The rear end housing is provided with a rear end supply path(110) for supplying air inside. The front end housing is coupled to an inside part of the front end of the rear end housing, and provided with front end supply paths(210) for supplying air inside. The air bearing is coupled inside the front end housing, and provided with air rise supply holes(310) communicated with the rear end supply path, an air turbine supply hole(320) and air discharge holes(330). The shaft is located inside the air bearing and the rear end housing, risen from an inside surface of the air bearing and the rear end housing by air supplied by the rear end supply path and the air rise supply hole, provided with a turbine bucket so as to be corresponded to a position of the air turbine supply hole along a side surface. The magnet is coupled inside the front end of the rear end housing, and binds the shaft risen from the inside surface of the rear end housing.
