PURPOSE: A detergent-free washing machine using a fuel cell is provided, to allow the laundry to be washed without addition of a detergent for reducing the detergent cost and the environmental pollution due to the use of a detergent. CONSTITUTION: The detergent-free washing machine comprises a fuel cell(20) which comprises a fuel electrode(22), an air electrode(23) and an electrolyte membrane between the two electrodes and generates electricity by contacting the fuel containing hydrogen and the air containing oxygen; a washing basic body(10) which supplies the washing water and a detergent to a washing and dehydrating bucket to wash the laundry contained in the washing and dehydrating bucket; and a detergent supply part(30) which connects the fuel electrode of the fuel cell with the washing and dehydrating bucket to supply the product of detergent components generated from the fuel during the reaction of the fuel cell to the washing and dehydrating bucket instead of the detergent. |
