A sunshade and a baby carriage with the same are provided to minimize volume without separation of a handle by folding the handle in case of keeping the baby carriage. A sunshade(10) includes a sunshade sheet(20) and a supporting member(30). The sunshade sheet includes first and second sunshade members(23,25). The first sunshade member substantially covers a horizontal surface. The second sunshade member is extended to the first sunshade member and covers the front. The supporting member has main and sub links(33,35). The main links support both ends of the sunshade sheet to maintain a predetermined shape respectively. The sub link supports the sunshade sheet between the main links. Both ends of the supporting member are rotatably connected by hinges(32). A support connecting unit(37) connected at a baby carriage in one touch is installed at one side of the supporting member.
