A dental implant fixture is provided to prevent bone resorption by reducing a pressure applied to an alveolar bone in case of being implanted in a hard alveolar bone, and to prevent movement in the alveolar bone by applying the pressure to the alveolar bone in case of a relatively weak osseous tissue. A dental implant fixture includes: a body part(20) having a first screw thread(23) formed on the outer periphery and comprising a first groove(24) and a first peak(25) arranged in turn in a central axis direction; and a taper part(30) integrally formed on the lower side of the body part, and having a diameter getting smaller toward a lower part and a second screw thread(31) comprising a second groove and a second peak. A vertical distance from the first peak to the first groove adjacent to the first peak and a vertical distance from the first peak to the central axis are in the ratio of 0.17 - 0.21 : 1.
