An inductor device is provided to improve a quality of a communication system by reducing an insertion loss to increase a noise of the communication system. An inductor device includes a substrate, a conductive coil(23), and an area. The substrate has at least one substrate layer. The conductor coil is formed on at least one of the substrate layer. The conductor coil has two terminals. A plurality of connection spirals are formed between two terminals. The area is a surface of the substrate. A hole is provided through the surface. The area is covered by at least one of the connection spirals of the conductive coil. The hole is a cross section shape having at least one of a circular shape, a triangle shape, a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape and an elliptic shape which are similar to a slot.
